Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
